Wyclef Jean of Fugee fame (okay, maybe not "fame") is blowing up on a Miami Beach property. Apparently, he just ran out of money. It was an aggressive project to renovate and rehab a very cool pad in downtown Miami. Unfortunately, he barely had the money to buy the property and had virtually nothing left to finish it so it sat in a state of disrepair for years.

Wyclef knows houses about as well as he managed to manage his career. He overbought and owes over $2 million on the property which is appraised at $1.4 million. Whats a Fugee anyway?
